WE LEARN HOW TO MOVE!

This class is designed to teach you how to isolate different muscle groups in your body through variations of belly dance styles. Benefits of Well Belly Dance include increased mobility and flexibility, better posture, pain relief of the lower back pressure and menstrual pain. The benefits go beyond just the physical ones... such as, self confidence boost, practicing self-love and self-care, reconnecting your mind, body, and soul, and connecting with other like-minded individuals in your community. Each class we learn movements that engage uncommonly used muscles of the body. No prior dance experience needed. We start from the ground up.

INSTRUCTOR- ERYNN

Erynn started dancing when she was little- learning Tap and Jazz. In 2016 she found a passion for the variations that Belly Dance has to offer. She started learning about the style variations through Datura Studios (Portland, Oregon) and is currently mentored by- Deb Rubin, MA, CMT, RYT internationally acclaimed Tribal Fusion Belly Dancer and Sara Lyn, Fusion Belly Dancer. Erynn is Level 1 Certified in Integrative Anatomy For Dancers and Level 1 Certified in Dance Therapeutics by Deb Rubin, MA, CMT, RYT. She is certified in "Move Like Honey" (which is a course designed to understand fluidity in movements) by Sara Lyn, Fusion Belly Dancer. Erynn is continuously learning/studying more about this culture enriched dance form and is excited to be sharing methods she has been taught with others.
