What is Yin Yoga?

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice designed to target the deeper connective tissues of the body, like ligaments, joints, and fascia, rather than the muscles. It’s a perfect opportunity to slow down, de-stress, and cultivate stillness, both physically and mentally.

Treat yourself to the calm and connection you deserve.

Join us for an evening created just for teens, a space to unwind, connect, and explore something new in a supportive and welcoming environment.

We’ll move through a gentle yoga practice, explore mindfulness tools, and settle into a guided meditation to help calm the mind and reconnect with the body.

We’ll also step into the kitchen together with a hands-on experience in vegan baking and cooking—discovering simple, nourishing foods and new ways to prepare them. No experience needed, just curiosity and an open mind.

We’ll close our time together with a community potluck, sharing food, connection, and conversation.

This is an opportunity to slow down, try something different, and be part of a positive, uplifting community.

Jenn Stone will begin the evening with healing sound vibrations. These frequencies are designed to clear your energetic field and quiet the mind,  preparing you for the guided journey to follow.

Once you are deeply relaxed, we will visit a past life in an advanced ancient civilization to find your Siddhi (supernatural power). Also to release any trauma from that lifetime affecting your current life.

We will then join with Gaia’s healing energy and conclude with a Spine Activation exercise to increase your connection to Source.

Bring a mat, blanket, eye mask, pillows, etc. to create your cozy space. EOTR has some mats and bolsters

Bring a Notebook & Pen: You will want to record your insights immediately after the session.

We look forward to sharing this wonderful group experience with you!
